1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, accessing, or using Discourse International, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account immediately if we suspect unauthorized use or violations of our rules.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

We aim to create a safe, global community. You agree NOT to:

• Engage in hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
• Post illegal, pornographic, violent, or offensive content.
• Spam other users or solicit commercial services without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Manipulate the "Check-in" feature (e.g., spoofing location).

5. USER CONTENT & LICENSE

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you post ("User Content").
• License Grant: By posting content on Discourse International, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and marketing of the App and our events.

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS

The App is currently provided for free. We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees, in-app purchases, or other charges in future versions of the App. Any future transactions will be processed through the applicable App Store (Apple/Google) and subject to their payment terms.

7. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS IS")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gregory Michael Lance (operating as Discourse International) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or attendance at our events.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
